Any booking confirmed with Elite Agency requires payment of a 20% deposit of the total service amount. This deposit confirms and enables the appointment to be arranged.
The balance is payable directly at the meeting.
Payments are secure and handled by third-party providers.
In accordance with applicable legislation, no right of withdrawal is granted once the service or digital access has been provided.

8. Travel expenses

For appointments outside Geneva, additional travel expenses may apply.
These include round-trip transport costs to and from as well as, where applicable, additional fees related to travel time.
The exact amount is communicated to the client before the booking is finally confirmed.

9. Refund policy

Refunds are only possible within 72 hours, and only in the event of an obvious error or proven fraud.
Any other request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of acceptance.

10. Intellectual property

All content (photos, texts, videos, visual identity) on the website is the exclusive property of Elite Agency or its contractual partners.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

11. Liability
