  • All reservations validated with Elite Agency require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the service. This deposit is used to confirm and organize the appointment.

  • The balance is payable directly at the meeting.

  • Payments are secured and managed by third-party service providers.

  • In accordance with applicable legislation, no right of withdrawal is recognized once the service or digital access has been provided.

8. Travel expenses

  • For appointments outside Geneva, additional travel expenses may apply.

  • These include the cost of transport to and from the site, as well as any additional travel expenses.

  • The exact amount is communicated to the customer before the final confirmation of the reservation.

9. Refund policy

Refunds are only possible within 72 hours, and only in cases of obvious error or proven fraud.
All other requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of acceptance.

10. Intellectual property

All content (photos, text, videos, visual identity) on the site is the exclusive property of Elite Agency or its contractual partners.
