There is no mention of the agency in the visible communications.

Delegation may be made to a designated trusted assistant.

Payment in advance, secure, with no mention of the branch on the statement.

Currencies accepted: CHF, EUR, USD.

A deposit is required for trips of 5 days or more.

All destinations: Europe, the Middle East, the U.S., Asia, and the Caribbean.

High-risk areas or areas subject to sanctions: to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
